Cheesecake, the rich and creamy dessert, is the new favourite worldwide. To get the crumbly crust and a rich cafe-like filling, you can follow this recipe and make the dessert at home.
For the Crust: 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs ¼ cup granulated sugar ¼ cup butter, melted For the Filling: 3 cups cream cheese 1 cup powdered sugar ½ cup sour cream 3 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ½ teaspoon lemon juice ¼ teaspoon salt
Prepare the crust by mixing cookie crumbs, butter, and sugar. Bake for five to ten minutes.
Make the filling by beating cream cheese, sugar, and eggs with a blender.
Mix in heavy creamy and lemon juice till you get a uniform filling.
Pour the filling on the baked crust and bake the cheesecake for about an hour.
Refrigerate for a few hours. Garnish with toppings and serve.
