Ingredients

1 cup heavy cream 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 4 cups ripe melon 1-2 tablespoons sugar or honey ½ cup condensed milk

Step 1

Blend melons in the food processor until you have a smooth puree. Keep it aside in a cup or bowl.

Step 2

Whip heavy cream until you see soft peaks, and in another bowl, combine vanilla extract, condensed milk, and honey.

Mix whipped cream and condensed milk mixture until you have a smooth combination.

Fold in pureed melons into the mix and combine everything well.
