Want Some Healthy Breakfast? Make Carrot Zucchini Paratha

Green vegetables are an excellent source of the vitamins and minerals necessary for cellular repair and growth, as well as for the maintenance of healthy muscle and brain function. 

Step 1 

Shred one carrot and one zucchini. Toss the grated zucchini with a pinch of salt and set it aside for some time. 

Step 2 

Squeeze the zucchini to get rid of the excess water. 

Step 3 

Put the wheat flour and the gram flour into a large bowl, and add a cup of water. Toss in some finely chopped green chilies, ginger paste, chilli flakes, cumin powder, grated carrots, grated zucchini and a pinch of salt. Make a dough by thoroughly combining the ingredients. 

Step 4 

Make sure it's covered and set aside for a while. 

Step 5 

Now, take little portions of it and roll it to a flat dics. 

Step 6 

Spread some ghee over a hot griddle and cook both items. Parathas should be served hot with chutney or curd.
