Take 250 grams of green chilies and extract juice from 250 grams of lemons. Slice or cut the chilies according to your preference.

In a pan, roast 1 tablespoon of carom seeds and set them aside to cool. Then, in the same pan, roast 1 tablespoon of fennel seeds.

Coarsely grind the roasted seeds using a mortar and pestle.
