Want A Quick Meal? Try Easy-Peasy Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients

2 eggs 1 cup rice 1/4 tsp salt 1 chopped onion 2 tbsp oil 2 chopped garlic cloves 1 tbsp chopped celery 1 tsp soya sauce 1 tsp vinegar 1 tsp chilli sauce 2 tbsp oil

Step 1

Start by boiling rice. When done, rinse them in cold water. Add 1 tbsp oil to the rice.

Step 2

In a pan, add oil and start stir frying eggs. Cook them to a scramble and keep aside.

Step 3

Heat remaining oil in a wok and add chopped onion and garlic. Fry on high heat for 4 to 5 mins.

Step 4

Now, add rice, chili sauce, soya sauce, vinegar and celery. Mix everything well and cook.

Step 5

Garnish the rice with scrambled egg and serve.
