Ingredients

3 eggs 1/2 cup chopped scallion 4 tbsp mayonnaise Handful of coriander leaves 1/2 tsp mixed herbs 1/2 tsp soya sauce 1/2 tsp parsley powder Salt to taste Water as required 4 bread slices

Step 1

Start by boiling eggs. Meanwhile, chop scallions and coriander leaves. Keep them aside.

Step 2

When boiled, remove the shell from the eggs. Separate the egg yolk and put it in a bowl.

Step 3

Mash egg yolks in a bowl with scallion, coriander leaves, mayonnaise, parsley and mixed herbs.

Step 4

Add salt, soy sauce and chopped egg whites. Mix everything together.

Step 5

Take a bread slice and spread the egg mixture. Slap it with another bread slice and enjoy. It is easy and quick.
