Millet laddu is a healthy and gluten-free Indian sweet that you can have guilt-free. Made with millet flour, gur, and ghee, millet laddus are the perfect alternative to sugary sweets.
1 cup millet flour 1 cup jaggery 1/4 cup ghee 1/4 cup chopped nuts Cardamom powder
Heat grated jaggery on low heat to make a thick syrup.
In a separate pan, roast your favourite millet flour till it’s fragrant. Mix in gur syrup.
Stir in ghee, cardamom powder, and chopped nuts until the mixture thickens.
Take small portions, make balls out of the mixture, and serve.
