½ cup of wheat ½ cup jowar ¼ cup bajri (pearl millet) 1 cup of rice 1 cup moong 2 tablespoons of oil 1/2 teaspoon of rye 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 pinch asafoetida 1 onion 3-4 cloves chopped garlic (green/dried) 1 green chili 4-5 neem leaves

1 piece ginger grated 1/2 teaspoon turmeric 1/2 teaspoon chili powder 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder Salt to taste 1 glass of buttermilk 2 glasses of water (as required) 1 tsp lemon juice (optional) Coriander leaves as required

Wipe the grains with a cotton cloth and roast them separately. When the color of wheat, bajri, and moong changes, take it out on a plate.

Cool down the roasted grain mixture and grind it into a coarse flour.
