Creamy, nutty and flavoured with fresh herbs, this walnut chutney is versatile and pairs well with just about everything from fried foods, parathas and even dosas.
½ cup walnuts ½ cup fresh mint leaves 3 cloves garlic 3 green chillies 2-3 tablespoons water 2 ice cubes Salt, to taste
Add all the ingredients, except the ice cubes into a blender jar and grind into a coarse paste.
Add the ice cubes at this stage and blend until you get an airy, fluffy textured chutney.
Check for seasoning and adjust, if necessary, Serve with dishes of choice.
