1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1/2 cup ghee 5 black dates 1 1/2 tablespoon cashews 1/2 cup khoya 1 cup gram flour (besan) 1/2 cup sugar 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Soak the cashews and grind them to a fine paste. Chop the dates and walnuts finely.
In a pan, add ghee and add dates. Add gram flour, cashew paste, cocoa powder, khoya and walnuts. Mix well so that it doesn’t burn.
Add water and sugar. Mix on low flame and turn off the flame when desired consistency is achieved.
Add the batter into a greased pan and bake for 40 minutes for 180-degree Celsius.
When done, take out and cut to pieces. Serve warm.
