These Palak Paneer Kababs are a delicious and nutritious snack or appetiser since they are filled with the nutrients of spinach and paneer.
2 cups spinach 1 cup grated paneer 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1/4 cup besan 1 onion 2 green chilies 1/2 tsp ginger paste 1/2 tsp garlic paste 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp chaat masala Salt to taste Oil for frying
In a bow add the chopped spinach, grated paneer, bread crumbs, besan, chopped onion, green chilies, ginger paste and garlic paste.
Cumin powder, garam masala, chaat masala, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
Shape the mixture into small patties or kababs. Heat oil in deep pan fry
Place the kababs onto the hot pan and cook for a few minutes until the bottom side turns golden brown.
Once both sides are cooked place them on a napkin to absorb oil. Serve them with mint chutney!
