Rajjda

It is among a few lost dishes from the Uttaranchal cuisine. Prepared with red rice, ghee, and bhatt paste, it is considered good for patients with liver issues.

Petha Vadi

Petha, cucumber, bottle gourd, pumpkin, radish, and yellow lentil can be used to make vadi which are then cooked in a spiced gravy and served with rice.
