Bonda

Made with boiled sweet potato and spices, bonda is a savoury dish in which the ingredients are dipped in a mixture of gram flour and deep fried.

Unnakaya

Unnakaya is a sweet dish made by filling boiled and mashed bananas with grated coconut and chopped dry fruits. The bananas are fried until they turn brown.

Mushroom Thoran
