MAMBAZHA PULISSERY

A mild coconut curry simmered with ripe mangoes, the pulissery has a tangy sweetness that pairs well with rice.

AVIYAL

No sadhya in Kerala is complete without this mixed vegetable preparation made using fresh brinjal, snake gourd, yam, raw banana and drumsticks.

VISHU PUZHUKKU

Protein-rich breadfruit, white peas and pumpkin cook in a coconut and spice gravy, after which the puzhukku is finished with a drizzle of coconut oil.
