Parathas are the staple breakfast option in India. But if you are reluctant to make it because the kneading a dough early in the morning is not your thing, try this viral liquid paratha which can be prepared in minutes.
2 potatoes, boiled 2 cups whole wheat flour 1/4 tsp red chilli powder 1/4 tsp coriander powder 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/4 tsp garam masala 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 green chilli, chopped Salt to taste Water as required
Mix whole wheat flour, spices, lemon juice, and chopped green chilli.
Add in boiled and mashed potatoes. Mix in water to get a consistent batter.
Heat a tawa and spread a thick layer of the batter on it.
Cook on both sides till the paratha is well cooked. Serve with curd and pickle.
