Simple Version

Begin by rinsing one cup of rice under cold water to remove excess starch. Then, cook the rice in two cups of water. Once cooked, strain the rice, and you have your first method of making rice water.

Soaked Version

Alternatively, soak one cup of rice in two cups of water for 30 minutes. After soaking, stir the rice and strain the liquid. This method is quicker but equally effective.

Fermented Version

For a fermented option, soak rice in water for 24 hours, allowing it to naturally ferment. Strain the liquid, and you have nutrient-rich fermented rice water.
