Homemade atta noodles made from roti have gone viral as a creative and healthier alternative to traditional noodles. This simple recipe uses basic ingredients, perfect for a quick and nutritious meal.
Start by rolling out a chapati as you would for regular flatbread. You can either boil the chapati first and then cut it into long noodle-like strips, or cut the rolled roti into strips and then boil them.
Boil the strips in water for 2-3 minutes until they soften. Drain and set aside. In a pan, heat oil or ghee, and add cumin seeds, hing, or your favourite spices.
Toss the boiled atta noodles with sautéed vegetables, spices, and salt. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the noodles to absorb the flavours.
