2 cups maida 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda ½ tsp cinnamon ½ tsp salt 3 ripe bananas 2 eggs 1/2 cup brown sugar 4 tbsp butter 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup walnuts
Take a bowl and add maida, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Whisk everything together.
In another bowl, mash the bananas with eggs, brown sugar, butter and vanilla extract.
Add in the dry ingredients and whisk until combined. Add in the chopped walnuts and mix.
Pour the batter into the prepared muffin pan and bake for 18-20 minutes in an oven preheated at 350 degrees Celsius.
When done, take out and enjoy!
