This Year make your guests drool over one of the most favourite recipes inspired by chef Vikas Khanna. Recently, in a social media post, Vikas Khanna recently shared the recipe of an easy chocolate cake and guaranteed it to be everyone’s favourite. Let's take a look at the recipe:

1 cup high-quality dark chocolate 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks) 3/4 cup granulated sugar 4 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup all-purpose flour Pinch of salt

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a square cake pan and line it with parchment paper.

Melt the butter using a microwave for 2 minutes on high and pour it over the sugar. Add the chocolate and mix well.

Add vanilla extract, eggs and whisk until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.

Sift in the flour and add a pinch of salt, then fold until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan with parchment paper and tap on the counter for a smooth top.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
