How can you miss out on the special Bengali nimki? These are extra salted, crispy, diamond-shaped and served beside the plate of sweets during a Dashami evening. Make these at home with ease!
1 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 cup ghee 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon baking soda Water as needed Oil for frying
Mix flour, ghee, salt, and baking soda to create a dough.
Roll out the dough into a thin sheet. Cut the dough into diamond shapes.
Fry the nimki until golden brown and crispy.
Drain the nimki on paper towels and serve hot.
