Enhance Calm With Lavender Tea

Lavender tea has a delicate violet colour. It has a light, flowery flavour with a minty aftertaste with vitamin C, vitamin A, calcium, and amino acids are found in lavender

Ingredients

Water Lavender Mint leaves Sliced Strawberries

Step 1

Add a quarter cup of fresh lavender petals and 1 cup of fresh mint leaves to a medium sized saucepan

Step 2

Cover the leaves and buds with water and bring to a boil. Turn the temperature down to medium and let the brew simmer for 5 to 10 minutes

Step 3

Remove the mint leaves and lavender petals using a fine mesh strainer. Pour the infused water into a cup and enjoy

Step 4

You can add sliced strawberries to garnish the drink the fusion of flavours will make you feel relaxed and calm.
