Vibrant And Healthy Beetroot Pancakes For  Breakfast

These adorable Pink beetroot pancakes are not only beautiful in color, but they are also healthy and delicious. Make your breakfast fun and enjoy this delicacy!

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup beetroot puree 1/2 cup milk 1 egg 2 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt

Step 1

Take a bowl add all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt. Mix well.

Step 2

Now In a  bowl, add beetroot puree, milk, egg, and vegetable oil and whisk until well combined.

Step 3

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.

Step 4

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Once the pan is hot, pour about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the pan.

Step 5

Cook until bubbles appear on sides, flip cook the pancakes till they are golden brown.

Now Serve the pink beetroot pancakes with your favourite toppings such as honey, whipped cream, or fresh berries.
