A famous vegetarian dish in Indian cooking is beetroot curry. Beetroot is used to prepare it, which is then cooked in a flavorful sauce with a coconut base and a variety of hot and sour spices.
200 grams Paneer 2 Beetroot , peeled and diced 1 Onion , finely chopped 2 Green Chillies , slit 1 inch Ginger , grated 2 cloves Garlic , finely chopped 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder 200 ml Coconut milk 2 teaspoons Oil Salt , to taste Red Chilli powder
In a pressure cooker add water, salt, turmeric powder, and green chilies, cook beetroot, onions, ginger, garlic, and green chilies.
Cook till two whistles. After letting the pressure naturally subside, stir in the paneer, coconut milk, coriander powder, and garam masala powder.
Now Stir in the coconut milk, paneer, coriander powder, garam masala powder and bring the beetroot curry to a boil.
Turn off the heat and transfer the beetroot and paneer curry to a serving bowl. Garnish with beetroot slices and enjoy!
