Elevate your snacking game with these vibrant and flavorful Beetroot Tikkis. Made with the grated beetroots, mashed potatoes, and a blend of aromatic spices, these tikkis are not only delicious but also packed with nutrients.
2 beetroots ( Grated) 1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes 1/2 cup bread crumbs 2 tbsp corn flour 1 chopped onion 2 chopped green chilies 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp garam masala Salt to taste Oil for frying
In a bowl, combine the grated beetroot, mashed potatoes, bread crumbs, corn flour, chopped onion and green chilies.
Mix it well now add ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt.
Shape the mixture into small round tikkis. Heat oil in a pan and fry until golden brown.
Once done line them on a napkin to drain excess oil. Serve the beetroot tikkis hot with mint chutney!
