These vibrant noodles are created when the dough is cooked. It takes a lot of love (and arm strength) to make fresh pasta from scratch, but the result is well worth the effort. This dough is perfect for making noodles.
100 g cooked beets ¼ cup water 2 cups flour ¼ tsp salt Desired pasta sauce Veggie ad desired
Take blender and blend beets and water until smooth
Now Pile the flour and salt on a clean counter. Mix together make a deep hole in the mixture and pour the beet purée.
Whisk the purée and blend thoroughly with a fork, then knead the dough until all the flour is integrated into a ball.
Continue to knead the mixture for 15 minutes should be dry combining takes a lot of strength and patience.
After the dough has been made smooth, wrap it in plastic and place it in the refrigerator to rest for 30 minutes.
Once the dough has set take it out and divide it into 4 pieces. Now roll out the dough.
Shape the dough into a circle and cut it into strips. The noodles should be unravelled, then tossed in extra flour.
Now keep them aside you can store them in a freezer or use them accordingly.
To cook them add in a pan with salted, boiling water to cook for 2 minutes.
Now after they are ready remove them and toss with desired sauce, add veggies and other spices Enjoy!
