This vegan smoothie's thick consistency comes from the chia seeds, and cardamom and strawberries lend a distinct sweetness.
1 1/2 cups almond milk 3 tablespoons chia seeds 1 cup frozen raspberries 1/2 cup frozen strawberries 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
Mix 1 cup almond milk and the chia seeds in a small bowl. Let mixture sit for at least 20 minutes and or until chia expands and the consistency resembles pudding.
Blend the remaining 1/2 cup of almond milk, the frozen berries, the cardamom, and the chia mixture in the blender.
Blend the ingredients until they are smooth.
