Vegetable Risotto Recipe: Favourite Of Bachchans

This classic Italian dish is the go-to meal of Bachchan family. Try making it at home with these simple steps.

Ingredients

2 cups cooked rice, 1 onion, 1 tsp garlic, ½ cup capsicum, ½ cup pumpkin, 2 tsp fresh cream, ½ cup milk, ¼ cup cheese, 3 tsp butter, salt to taste

Step 1

Heat the butter in a pan, add the onion and sauté till it turns translucent.

Step 2

 Add the garlic and sauté for a few more seconds then add capsicum, pumpkin, salt and mix well.  

Step 3

When the vegetables have softened a little add the rice, cream, milk and cheese and mix well.  

Step 4

Bring to a boil and simmer for a few minutes, adding a little water if required. 

Step 5

Finally add the freshly crushed pepper, mix well and enjoy.
