This healthy, creamy and delicious sandwich made with hung curd and a variety of vegetables is perfect to start your day. Here is the recipe, prepare at home and enjoy.
8-10 bread slices ½ cup hung curd 2 tbsp carrot, grated 1 tbsp onion, finely chopped 2 tbsp capsicum, finely cubed ½ tsp green chilli, finely chopped 1 tbsp fresh coriander, finely chopped Salt to taste ½ tsp black pepper powder ½ tsp red chilli flakes 8-10 leaves lettuce 2 tbsp olive oil
Mix hung curd, carrot, onion, bell pepper, green chilli, fresh coriander, salt, black pepper and red chilli flakes in a bowl.
Keep a few leaves of lettuce on one bead slice. Keep 2-3 tablespoon of stuffing mixture over the lettuce and cover with another bread slice.
Brush the sandwiches with olive on both the sides and grill until crisp and golden brown. Serve hot.
