Ingredients

Moong dal 1 cup Sooji 2 table spoons Besan flour 2 table spoons Pepper and cumin crushed 1/2 table spoon Finely chopped veggies in hand half cup Ghee or butter 3 table spoons Salt to taste Chopped Coriander and curry leaves few Curd 1 table spoon  

Step 1

Soak Moong dal for an hour and sooji for 30 minutes. Grind to smooth batter.

Step 2

Add besan flour, salt, curd and mix well. .Bring to milkshake consistency.

Step 3

Add finely chopped or grated veggies and coriander, curry leaves. Add crushed pepper and cumin and mix well.
