Made with almond yoghurt, granola and coconut flakes, this tasty dessert is perfect to enjoy at home. Here is an easy recipe to make vegan parfait at home.

1.5 cups granola 1.5 cups almond yoghurt ½ cup berry chia jam 1 mango, peeled and cut into small cubes Fresh mint leaves Coconut flakes

Place a layer of granola into each of them, followed by a few tablespoons of yoghurt and blueberry jam.

Repeat until everything is used up, then garnish with freshly cut mango, mint and coconut flakes.
