Vegan "Omelette": A High-Protein Breakfast Choice

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day so be sure to start our right with this high protein meal that keeps you fuelled up and feeling full!

Ingredients

1 ½ cup chickpea flour (besan) ¼ cup tomato chopped ¼ cup cilantro chopped ¼ cup red onion chopped 2 tsp chilli powder (optional) 1 tsp turmeric 1 cup water Salt to taste Ghee or oil for cooking

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl then heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium-high heat.

Step 1

Add ½ cup of the mixture to the centre of the pan and spread it into a circle. Cook on both sides for 2-3 minutes and then serve hot with chutney or dahi.
