1 ½ cup chickpea flour (besan) ¼ cup tomato chopped ¼ cup cilantro chopped ¼ cup red onion chopped 2 tsp chilli powder (optional) 1 tsp turmeric 1 cup water Salt to taste Ghee or oil for cooking
Mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl then heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium-high heat.
Add ½ cup of the mixture to the centre of the pan and spread it into a circle. Cook on both sides for 2-3 minutes and then serve hot with chutney or dahi.
