Indian frozen treat. Creamy, fruity, and entirely dairy-free, it's a refreshing dessert that captures the essence of tradition in every bite.
2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped 1 can full-fat coconut milk 1/4 cup soaked raw cashews 1/4 cup maple syrup 1/2 tsp cardamom powder A pinch of saffron strands Chopped nuts for garnish
Drain the soaked cashews and blend them until smooth. Add mangoes, coconut milk and maple syrup.
Add cardamom powder, and saffron strands. Blend until creamy. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or small containers.
Garnish the tops with chopped nuts of your choice. Place the molds in the freezer until set.
Once the kulfi is frozen, remove it from the molds, Serve the vegan mango kulfi immediately and enjoy!
