2 medium ripe mangoes 1 1/2 cup coconut milk 3 tablespoon honey 4 tablespoon chia seeds 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 2 tablespoon flaked almonds
To begin with this easy delicacy, wash and peel the mangoes. Then cut them into small chunks and make a smooth puree.
Now take a bowl and mix chia seeds with warm coconut milk, honey and a dash of cinnamon. Toss it well and soak overnight.
