Vegan Mango Chia Pudding: Your Perfect Morning Delight

This quick and effortless treat crafted from the goodness of mangoes, coconut milk, and protein-rich chia seeds offers a blend of flavors and nourishment, making it an ideal morning delight.

Ingredients

2 medium ripe mangoes 1 1/2 cup coconut milk 3 tablespoon honey 4 tablespoon chia seeds 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 2 tablespoon flaked almonds

Step 1

To begin with this easy delicacy, wash and peel the mangoes. Then cut them into small chunks and make a smooth puree. 

Step 2

Now take a bowl and mix chia seeds with warm coconut milk, honey and a dash of cinnamon. Toss it well and soak overnight. 

Step 3

In the morning, assemble the dish by pouring the fresh mango puree and topping it up with chilled coconut chia pudding and fresh mango chunks.

Step 4

Follow it by adding almonds, repeat the layers and refrigerate for an hour. Enjoy chilled!
