Vegan Mango Bubble Tea: A Healthy Way To Start Your Day

Mango bubble tea made with tapioca pearls and milk is perfect to cool yourself on a hot summer afternoon. Here is an easy recipe to prepare at home.

Ingredients

2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced 2 bags brewed green tea, cooled 1 cup almond milk 2 tbsp sugar or honey 1 cup cooked tapioca pearls

Step 1

Blend diced mangoes to make a smooth puree. Combine the mango puree with brewed tea, milk, and sugar or honey. Stir well.

Step 2

Fill serving glasses with some ice cubes. Spoon a generous amount of cooked tapioca pearls into each glass. Pour the mango tea mixture over the pearls.

Step 3

Stir gently to combine all the ingredients and allow the pearls to rise to the surface. Enjoy.
