Romaine lettuce 1 sliced avocado Almond parmesan Boiled chickpeas 1 tbsp virgin olive oil 1/2 cup cashews 1 tsp mustard sauce 3-4 roasted garlic cloves salt as per taste
For the dressing, soak the cashew nuts and blend them along with mustard and roasted garlic. Keep it aside.
In a salad bowl, add chopped lettuce, boiled chickpeas and sliced avocado.
Next, add in salt and virgin olive oil. Mix everything well and pour in the dressing.
Garnish your vegan salad with almond parmesan. Enjoy this nutritious bowl.
