Vegan And Baked Sweet Potato Fries For Healthy Munching

Alternative for healthy munching! Sweet, salty and super delicious. Try this super quick and easy recipe, enjoy with your loved ones!

Ingredients

2 large sweet potatoes, sliced into 1/4-inch sticks 1-2 tablespoons Extra-virgin olive oil 1/2 teaspoons Sea salt Chopped parsley or coriander 1 teaspoons Red pepper flakes Chipotle Sauce for dipping

Step 1

Soak the sweet potatoes for 30 minutes in a big dish of cold water. Drain and dry them.

Step 2

Set two rimmed baking sheets inside a 450°F oven and insert metal racks or parchment paper.

Step 3

Toss potatoes with olive potatoes coat them well, distributed evenly. Bake for 30 to 38 minutes.

Step 4

Bake them until they are crisp and golden brown. Remove from the oven and sprinkle  sea salt.

Step 5

Garnish and toss with fresh herbs, red pepper flakes, and serve with your favourite sauce.
