Valentine’s Vegan Chocolate Truffles

Let’s go vegan this valentines with coconut milk chocolate truffles. They are super tasty and creamy!

Ingredients

20 oz. dark chocolate 3/4 c. unsweetened coconut milk Toasted coconut flakes

Step 1

Heat coconut milk until hot. Now Take chocolate in a medium bowl. Mix it with coconut milk.

Step 2

Cover bowl loosely with a towel and let stand 5 minutes, then stir until melted and smooth.

Step 3

Refrigerate bowl until chocolate is solid enough to scoop and roll into tablespoon-sized balls and place on a sheet of parchment paper.

Step 4

Melt chocolate dip balls in chocolate, tapping off excess. Sprinkle with toasted coconut flakes.
