Valentine's day is the day of love. You cannot celebrate fully without eating sweet treats like cookies. If you are iffy about the sugar in cookies, we have the perfect sugar-free choco chip cookie recipe for you.
1 cup cooked quinoa .5 cup maida 2 beaten eggs 2 mashed bananas pinch of salt .5 cup chocolate chips 1 tsp cinnamon powder
Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet with butter paper.
In a mixing bowl, add bananas, eggs, salt and cinnamon and mix.
Next, add the quinoa and maida. Fold in the choco chips and gently mix the batter.
Drop 2 tbsp of cookie batter in round shapes, on the baking sheet away from each other.
Bake the cookies for 15 minutes and give them a cooling period of 10 minutes. Enjoy the sugar-free cookies!
