Valentine’s Day Blood Orange-Coconut Mocktail For Teetotallers

While everyone is in high spirits on the day of love, you can still keep them company when you’re not a drinker, with this lavender-pink fruity and tropical mocktail.

INGREDIENTS

90 ml blood orange juice 60 ml coconut water 45 ml pineapple juice 1 tablespoon coconut cream 10 ml maple syrup

METHOD

Shake all the ingredients together along with some ice in a cocktail shaker.

METHOD

Strain and serve in a sugar-rimmed glass, garnished with a slice of fresh coconut.
