Vada Pav has one secret ingredient that makes it 10 times more tastier. It is not bread nor the patty but the famous vada pav masala mix which elevates the taste of the simple meal. Learn how to make this seasoning!
1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon garam masala 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon asafetida (hing) 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon sugar
Combine all the spices: red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, coriander powder, garlic powder, onion powder, asafetida, black pepper powder, and sugar.
Mix the spices thoroughly to ensure even distribution.
Store the masala in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
Sprinkle it over the vada pav before serving.
