Fruit salad is an extremely healthy dish to have in the summer time. A good fruit salad is easy to make, but you need to keep a few things in mind. Here are tips to make a good fruit salad.
Cut the fruits only when you want to eat them. Do not keep sliced fruits for long.
Use similar texture of fruits, like kiwi, apples and peaches together or berries and bananas together.
Top your salad with whipped cream or honey or chia seeds, according to your taste.
Cut your fruits evenly. Make similar shaped, bite sized sizes to enjoy the salad.
Use fresh fruits instead of stored and candied ones. They are healthy and delicious.
