If you end up boiling way too many noodles for a week night dinner and have a ton left over, worry not. Read on below for some cooking tricks to give leftover noodles a tasty twist.

Noodle Salad

The easiest dish to whip up using leftover noodles is a healthy salad with carrots, spring onions and beans that is seasoned using soya sauce and vinegar.

Noodle Soup

Make a delicious chicken broth and add noodles to this steaming soup. This will make for a soothing beverage to ward off coughs and colds.

Laksa

A noodle soup made using coconut milk, laksa is a Singaporean dish that is easy to make at home. Garnish with red chillies, fried onions and garlic.

Spring Rolls

The easiest way to use leftover boiled noodles is to turn them into a spring roll stuffing. Buy spring roll sheets or make them at home and deep fry with the noodle stuffing inside.

Noodle Wrapped Prawn

If you want to get slightly creative in the kitchen, wrap noodles around prawns and deep fry them to make a delicious small bite or amuse-bouche to pop into your mouth.
