Upgrade Your Summer Coffee With A Fruity Mango Twist

A tasty and energising variation on the traditional iced coffee is mango iced coffee.

Ingredients

1 cup of strong brewed coffee, chilled 1 cup of mango puree (fresh or canned) 1/2 cup of milk (dairy or non-dairy) 2 tbsp of honey or sugar (adjust to taste) Ice cubes

Step 1

In a cup start by brewing coffee. Let it cool down in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Now In a blender, combine the chilled coffee, mango puree, milk, and honey/sugar.

Step 3

Blend until smooth and well combined. Take a glass and add desired amount of ice cubes.

Step 4

Now pour the mango coffee mixture into the glass. Garnish with mango slices or mint leaves. Enjoy!
