The NHS says that eating carbs like whole grains, rice, potatoes, pasta, etc can provide plenty of energy, which you will need during pregnancy.
Seasonal vegetables are always packed with immune-boosting nutrients, so make sure you eat plenty of these.
Indulge in lean proteins like chicken, eggs, beans, chickpeas, lentils, paneer and tofu for proper protein boosts.
Getting cravings during pregnancy is quite natural, but the best thing to do is sticking to healthy snacks instead of those loaded with sugars or fat.
