Ingredients

105 g Butter 110 g Caster Sugar 2 Eggs 1 Tablespoon Milk optional ¼ teaspoon Vanilla extract 105 g Self-raising flour ¼ Teaspoon Baking powder

Step 1

Line the cake pan with parchment paper and lightly coat it with butter. Preheat the air fryer to 150 degrees Celsius. Add the butter and sugar to the mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. This is known as creaming.

Step 2

When the butter and sugar are well mixed, add the eggs and milk and blend with an electric hand mixer.
