A popular Indian street meal known as Bhel is combined with the flavours of Chinese cuisine to create Spicy Chinese Bhel. It's quick, tasty and spicy.
3 cups fried noodles 1 cup finely chopped vegetables (cabbage, capsicum, carrots, onions) 1/2 cup chopped spring onions 1/4 cup chopped coriander 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp chili sauce 1 tbsp tomato ketchup 1 tbsp vinegar 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tsp minced garlic 1/2 tsp grated ginger Salt and pepper to taste 1-2 Lime wedges
In a bowl, combine the crispy noodles, finely chopped vegetables, spring onions, and coriander. Mix well and set aside.
In a separate small bowl, prepare the dressing by combining soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, sesame oil and minced garlic.
Add in the grated ginger, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
Pour the dressing over the noodle and vegetable mixture. Toss and mix gently to coat them with the dressing.
Serve it in a bowl or dish. Garnish with coriander and lime. Serve immediately enjoy!
