Wheat flour 2.5 cups Maida 3/4 cup Brown sugar 1 tablespoon Instant yeast 1 tablespoon Warm milk 3/4 cup Salt to taste Flax seeds mixture Olive oil 2 teaspoon For stuffing - Soft butter 1/4 cup Spring onions 3/4 cup Mixed herbs 2 teaspoon Garlic powder 2 teaspoon
Prepare flax seeds mixture by soaking them in 3 tablespoons lukewarm water for 10 minutes.
In a mixing bowl add wheat flour. Make a well. Add brown sugar and yeast. Add 1/4 cup warm milk. Let it rest for 10 minutes till yeast gets active.
Add remaining milk, add flax seeds mixture, and save 1 tablespoon of mixture for brushing. Add salt. Mix well. Make a soft dough using lukewarm water.
