Aloe vera has lots of benefits inside and outside the kitchen. From cleaning to cooking this medicinal plant covers every side. Try out delicious aloe vera ki sabji. It can be made within less than 30 minutes and tastes completely delicious.

1 cup fresh peeled aloe vera 1 cup potatoes 1 cup tomatoes 1 onion 1 green chilli 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon garam masala Salt to taste Coriander leaves 2 tablespoons cooking oil

You must heat one tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry aloe vera until tender. Keep it aside.

Add cumin seeds, chopped onions, green chilli, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and salt in another pan. Mix well.

Add diced tomatoes and potatoes and cook until soft. Then, add fried aloe vera.

Let the sabji simmer on low heat, and lastly, add garam masala and coriander leaves and serve.
