Under 15-Minute Paneer Roll Recipe

Paneer roll is a protein-rich, delicious snack that can satisfy your hunger and leave you with a good mouthfeel. It is a quick recipe that can be whipped up at any time and enjoyed as a healthy meal for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Ingredients

2 tbsp oil 100 gram paneer cubes 1 tbsp green chutney A pinch of chaat masala 20 grams of curd Salt to taste 1 sliced onion ½ cup bell pepper 1 tsp pepper, soy sauce ⅓ cup shredded carrot 1 tbsp lemon juice ½ tsp chilli, turmeric powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 cup wheat flour

Step 1

Mix curd with salt and powdered spices to prepare a marinade for paneer. Immerse the cubes and keep them aside for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Knead the dough with water and a tablespoon of curd. Cover it with a damp cloth and keep it aside.

Step 3

Heat a griddle and saute all the sliced and diced vegetables of your choice on high heat. Add salt, soy sauce, and pepper.

Step 4

Roll the dough and shape it into lachha paratha. Roast both sides until brown and slightly crispy.

Step 5

While you do it, grill the paneer cubes too. 

Step 6

Spread chutney on the paratha, layer paneer cubes with sauteed vegetables, roll the paratha, and enjoy.
