The Chilli Michelada is a spicy beer cocktail that's perfect for those who like a bit of heat in their drinks. It's a refreshing and bold take on the classic Michelada, and is easy to make with just a few simple ingredients.
350 ml beer 1 lime, cut in half 1 tablespoon chili powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce Ice Additional lime wedges for garnish
In a small bowl, combine chili powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass, and dip it into the mixture to coat the rim.
Squeeze the juice of half a lime into the glass. Add ice to the glass. Add hot sauce to the glass.
Pour the beer into the glass, leaving a bit of room at the top. Squeeze the juice of the other half of the lime into the glass.
Give the drink a good stir to mix everything together. Garnish with a lime wedge.
